We were engaged by a high profile Financial Services Company to help them role out some significant change projects due to their purchase of another large Financial Company. The AAG Team was brought in to assess the gaps required with some of their high level project personnel. This included the sourcing of both IT Associates and Permanent executive resources.
The requirements range from Senior Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Testing Resources and Business Analysts.
Meetings were set up with the client to understand their exact requirements. It became apparent that within their business there were several internal clients all with differing requirements. By working in partnership with all of the stakeholders AAG were able to get a clear understanding of all of the individual requirements. This allowed for the targeting of Associates with specific skill sets. Using the AAG standard practice of pre-screening and interviews a shortlist of high quality candidates were submitted to the clients for approval and final interview. The result was all the required positions were filled, initially all on 3 month contracts which have subsequently been rolled over.
